Terms of Service

Welcome to Radhey Jewels, located at 123 East 9th Street, Ste #323, Upland, California 91786 (“we”, “our”, “us”). Our services include:

• Automated detection and resolution of common Windows issues.
• Access to a library of self-help guides for unresolved issues.
• Live technical support for issues beyond automation or self-help tools.

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Radhey Jewels regarding your use of subscription services, support services, and associated content, information, or electronic documents (“Services”) provided through www.rdprint.online and related portals or call centers (“Sites”).

If you reside in the United States (including territories), you accept the Arbitration Agreement and class action waiver specified herein, except for matters eligible for small claims court.

These Terms reference our Privacy Policy, which governs personal data handling, cookies, and other information related to the Services.

By using the Sites or Services, you confirm acceptance of these Terms. Clicking “I AGREE” or using any electronic consent method constitutes agreement to electronic transactions, giving signatures the same legal effect as handwritten signatures. You may revoke consent by written notice, though access to Services may be restricted without valid consent.

Updates to Terms. Radhey Jewels may revise these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Changes replace prior versions and become effective upon posting or as stated. Subscribers are responsible for reviewing updates. Continued use indicates acceptance of revised Terms.

Electronic Communication. You consent to receive transactional messages about your account, payments, and technical support via email, portal messages, or phone calls. You may also receive promotional communications consistent with our Privacy Policy.

Account Setup. Accessing Services requires creating an account. During registration, confirm you are 18+ and agree to Terms. Provide a valid email, username, and password.

Activation. Radhey Jewels may approve or reject accounts. Activated accounts can log in and access subscribed features. Certain services may have additional terms listed in your order.

Password Security. Keep your password confidential. Notify us immediately of security breaches. Access will be limited to authorized portions of Services.

Account Accuracy. Provide accurate, complete, and current information. False or incomplete information may result in suspension or termination.

The Radhey Jewels Client (the “Client”) allows efficient access to Services. It performs system assessments, establishes device baselines, detects connected hardware, and launches optimizations. All intellectual property rights remain with Radhey Jewels.

• The Client includes third-party components for system recommendations.
• Features require an active subscription.
• Uninstall via standard OS procedures; residual files are harmless.
• Internet connection is required; the Client may adjust system settings for functionality.

User Responsibilities. Use the Client only as permitted, do not reverse-engineer or replicate, and follow export laws. Accept updates automatically or discontinue use if you disagree. Deactivate lost or sold devices.

Subscribers may request live support via phone and remote access. Ensure internet connection and supported hardware are ready. Services are available during normal business hours and may include additional paid support.

• Supported PCs: Windows-based desktops and laptops.
• Supported software: Browsers, email clients, system optimization, drivers.
• Hardware support: Printers, cameras, phones, gaming devices, peripheral setup.
• Some actions may affect software performance; new malware cannot be fully prevented.

• Non-Windows systems
• Hardware repairs or parts replacement
• On-site service
• Unsupported software or configuration
• Illegal activity, piracy, or copyright circumvention
• Unsupported printers or commercial devices
• Other activities explicitly excluded in the Terms

• Data loss or corruption
• Hardware replacement
• Software updates beyond Services
• Freeware or shareware support (unless stated)
• Training or programming services
• Lost software recovery
• Unspecified services outside Terms

Subscription Continuity. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Payment method must be current and valid. Taxes are added as applicable. Introductory offers convert to standard pricing unless otherwise disclosed.

Billing & Refunds. Payments are non-refundable; access continues through the end of billing cycle after cancellation. Billing details and renewal dates are available on your account page.

Eligibility. Subscribers must be 18+ and use Services for personal purposes. Parents may supervise minor accounts. Use Services legally, responsibly, and within licensed scope.

Most issues can be resolved informally. If unresolved after 30 days of discussion, disputes will be handled by binding arbitration under AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration occurs in Upland, California, individually, not as a class action. Claims must begin within one year.

Survival. Invalid or unenforceable provisions do not affect remaining Terms, which continue in full force.
